Great stuff - do I see a little wink to me there? :3 If you need to make up any proto-Lukpanic roots, please do so, and put 'em on the Lexicon page. I'm gonna go ahead and add words for all the crops/foodstuffs that you mention. --Dunomapuka 23:07, 22 February 2010 (UTC)

Might be a bit of a reference ;) There are actually four, although the others are less obvious...
I'll add some more vocab if I feel the need, so thanks for that proviso; in any case things can easily be passed off as dialect words. I'm currently working on a list of loanwords from IL to the Coastal language, and there's already plenty to go on. All the best, Thedukeofnuke 00:53, 23 February 2010 (UTC)

The native names mentioned on this page seem to come from at least 3 different languages (Proto-Lukpanic, Ishe Lukpanic, Isho'u 'Ohu), and it's not always obvious which of these is meant for a specific item. Maybe you could clear this up? Also, I feel I.L. might be more suitable than Ishe as an abbreviation for Ishe Lukpanic because the latter is very similar to Ish. (your abbreviation for Isho'u 'Ohu). -- Cedh 21:16, 16 October 2010 (UTC)
