I like the idea of numeral classifier suffixes as the only remnant of the Western noun class system very much! I was thinking though that in a mixed language like this, the shape of the suffixes might be subject to analogy so that the suffixes for classes I, IV, and V would be -se, -da, and -sa throughout (with maybe only the numeral 1 remaining different from the others), and with the ordinals all taking the suffix -gu (except possibly for "2nd").
