Translation

Tsinakan, the great king, the king of the land of Kasca, the brother of the sun and the moon, speaks thus:

Before I sat on the throne of my father, all the foreign countries were hostile to me. The nearby foreign countries spoke thus:

"His father was an admirable king. He had conquered foreign countries. Then he became a god. But this person who now sits on the throne of his father is a child."

When I, brother to the sun and moon, sat on the throne of my father, before I went to the foreign countries who were hostile to me, I went to the feasts of the goddess Ova'e. I celebrated them and I raised my hand toward the shining mother. I spoke thus:

"My goddess, light of the stars! The neighboring countries who called me 'a child' have insulted me. Then, my goddess, they started to attack the borders of your sacred land! Destroy the heathens!"

The mother goddess heard the words of my mouth. She rose me up and strengthened my arm. In ten years I defeated and destroyed those who rose against me. I captured many prisoners, oxes, and sheep, and I sent them back to the land of Kasca.''
